The curry in India is also excellent. I think there's a significant difference in the flavor profile but both are very good. I would not say one is better than the other as I think that really depends on the chef. There was one place in India where I thought the curry was much worse than the Apolo, but that's probably because it was served at a classy hotel. The best stuff usually comes from some local joint or off some street vendors cart. YT,
